The only time I've ever seen Swizz listed as a GOAT alongside thosr names was in '98-'00. That was when Swizz was consistently droppin heat. After that second RR Compilation, Swizz fell off. He's had some joints sinve then, but nowhere near the quality of the '98'-'00 work. Not even the same amouny of output.
