What are the grades of these? I saw one for sale at barnes and nobles for 300. Is 300 too cheap? what limitations would a "cheaper" 3d printer have over another? What's the limitation on materials you can use with it?A couple years ago we did a presentation in college about a company that was successfully 3d printing functioning lower receivers for AR15's.
China is already out here 3d printing houses.
It'll only get better.

The report we did was more about the general capability of 3D printing tech and how different companies were using them.
I've never researched specific details about the printers themselves.
I may have to stop gaming and go into certification hibernation.

Renew Ccna and get ccnpi researched it for my company and saw it in action and it's really fun to play with. if you're in the medical, dental, architecture, art/design and education then it can be very useful, especially for aesthetic and function testing. if money isn't an issue then i would recommend it but paying several hundred for a decent one isn't worth it imo.
what you got in mind?i feel like it's time to add another one under my belt too and i'm thinking a cloud, network and security path.
