Brehette, you just reminded me! I've always wondered why all women I came across (some of them super athletic) had issues with push-ups and especially pull-ups! I remember being young with my sister and I'd tell her to do push-ups and she'd do one and be

. I'd look at her like

" stop playing Claudexette! It's gonna be good for you, it'll tone your arms and help your core...take it seriously gawdamnit!" And she'd look at me dead in the eye like

"I just can't do it man, stop making me feel worse about it!!"
I thought she was just being lazy until I noticed none of the girls in my junior high did push-ups, and same in high-school, almost the same when I trained capoeira and the same when I tried to play volleyball professionally. These broads had serious problems with doing push-ups, max I saw a girl do was three sets of 10 (meaning 30 in under 10 mins). Well, I wasn't the most athletic nikka but I could do 30 in one sitting...yet these broad's bodies were ridiculous in terms of endurance and flexibility!
I have never seen a woman do a pull-up though, ever! I even found this article online:
http://well.blogs.nytimes.com/2012/10/25/why-women-cant-do-pull-ups/
So basically my question is

what's up with ya'lls bodies?
