Do Black Americans have a political plan to combat the assault on our civil rights and general advancement?

Hell No, the Black old guard in DC gives two fukks just as long as they're In office they're good.

Here is the thing: America and its elites/security apparatus have perfected targeting and destroying our elite now for over 50 years. They either

1. Buy them off, golden handcuffs
2. Humiliate them with "scandal"
3. Co-opt their message and water it down
4. Kill them

I don't think we should wait for a civil rights vanguard type movement. They will be instantly targeted. We probably want a coalition of regional and special focus groups which are collectively more resilient if one or a few go down.

It went over your head. You vote to protect the Freedoms for you, your spouse, your children, and for Black People overall. Giving up your political power is ensuring future Black people will suffer. Your life, your goals, your spiritual path/religion are to benefit others, not to run and hide like a pure, unadulterated coward.

You are clueless to the world around you and don't even realize it. Where on this Earth is Anti-Blackness NOT practiced? You will never be accepted into another Country and treated fairly. You want to retreat to another Country only to be mistreated worse than our people are here.

Live your truth:salute:

Yall can posture as if voting makes you Clint EastWood all you want. But voting is only as revolutionary as what you are voting for. And as this thread has shown, all yall know is that your voting for the same status quo and black comfortability.

Weve been comfortable long enough. I only need to worry about black people who are on the same time as me. If you want to stay and be assimilated by white supremacy thats on you. Your lineage likely wont even be black anymore in the next 50-100 years. As your grandchildren succumb to the programming, and grandaddys rantings fall on deaf ears. White supremacy cant be that scary if grandaddy stayed and aint did shyt to get his grandkids from under it. Surely grand dad wouldnt subject his own grandbabies to white supremacy if it was as bad as hes always yapping about. Your mindset and narrative is typical black elitist. You sound like a relic in 2024,people are waking up:respect:

vote for who, though? the party of intersectionlaism, the one that has spent decades taking our unwavering support to use its time in office catering to every “marginalized” group but black descendants of america’s killing fields?

:jbhmm:
You’re definitely a cac, a little boy. Look how angry you are, how angry all of you are. What’s wrong with Intersectionality or a big tent party?

And as far as other countries practicing anti blackness too. What ever happened to "lesser of two evils". Are you implying there are no countries less racist than the Jordan of white supremacy aka America:mjlol:?

Yes, I'm sure black people throwing away their political power is a great way to advance the cause.
Not voting is disrespectful to everyone that had to fight for us to even get that basic right...smh

It's like they skipped and flunked every civics class they ever had. We are a MINORITY in this country. Obviously we're gonna "intersect" with other minorities when we're up against a party that wants to preserve class structure in favor of a pre-dominant majority and obstruct the mobility of others.

Oh that's right. Thecoli genius strategy is if we "designate" African Americans from immigrants, "put pressure on Democrats" by passively voting Republican, and suck up to white folks and white supremacist ideology in America we'll gain power. Because we wouldn't want to intersect with other black people and other minorities but let's intersect with Trump supporters and white supremacists.

But if Republicans win they'll pass measures to make reparations, or any laws that even insinuates "specifically targeting black people" unconstitutional. By the time these Democrats hypothetically begin courting us with multi trillion dollar Congressional under "pressure" like people fantasize--because what else do you do when you're losing elections--it will be struck down by a bunch of yee haw conservatives courts we sat out and allowed to happen before its even spoken.

Which means their "strategy" works against everything they claim to be fighting for.

All this shyt these both siders and hashtag niccas speak only makes sense if you have NO understanding of politics in the United States.

You dumb fukker don't you realize that these cacs want to disenfranchise you:dahell:

They're the type to withhold their vote and just complain about the very system they refuse to participate in. Just a contrarian because they think it sounds cool or they're fighting the good fight smh

@Voice of Reason

Nice thread and the answer is no. From critical race theory, DEI, abortion, and red lining it's more evident than ever the little political influence blacks have and the resources to develop it. They know we'll do marches and protests but they see that as a fad. Something that will come and go. Meanwhile, the men vs. women dysphoria is more talked about than the economic outlook for Black America.
They have slowly been chipping away and tugging the thread of the rights and protections we have gained. Once they have whittled it down enough they're going to outright take a hammer to it so that they can install their old doctrine back into place. It saddens me to see how a lot of states in the South that have a large share of black voters are suffering because they refused to vote and put these wyte people in power that are trying their best to remain in power for as long as they can.

Sometimes I wonder if you the only one that still takes these hashtags serious. FBA, ADOS all that shyt was right wing astroturf targeting black people. Its been nearly ten years since these useless "movements" began and Black people have less rights today than when it started. And its the children of "tether" immigrants (Trump, Desantis) doing it. But of course yall love good conservative zaddy. It's the other black people and the gays conspiring your downfall. What a dumb "pro-black" movement Ive ever seen. It's not some new front of politics that's getting "black Americans" somewhere.
Y'all funny in this thread. The hashtag and Yvette Carnell movements are very very small, like maybe a few thousand people at most seriously practice this brand of politics.

The other tens of millions of black Americans who are politically active follow your brand of politics. Your brand of politics is leading black America to where it is right now. The 10s of millions of politically active black people following your brand of politics is why all these rights are being stripped away and the useful idiots we have in office seem to be able to do fukk all to stop it. It's wild that y'all are acting like this isn't the case and are really gonna sit up here and pretend that these online movements have been influential enough to sway black politics in any direction.

Vote for biden, then vote for the next dem. Then march for those who don't want us in their spaces to give us access instead of improving shyt we currently got or create our own Even if it means starting from the bottom.

this is the real plan and has been since about the 1970s
