Yup, the only exception is Durham, and Durham has ordinance is that certain small calibers (i.e, .22's .38's) not be owned with-in city limits, because those small caliber arms are most related with gang crimes and robberies...Get a gun, strap it on, protect ya heartbeat...
Also I live in Wilmington and its pretty sizeable and i visit Charlotte frequently...Gun on

Seeing as they revoke gun rights to people with felonies (only going by Florida, where I live). And they target young black males at a higher rate for prison sentences.

It seems a disproportionate amount of Black men lose the legal rights to bear arms.

i know after 5 yrs of ya felony charge...u can own a gun as a felon in texas but its only to be on u at the premises of ya house


but it never stopped me from keepin it on me when im drivin...i get pulled over...its for speedin...take the ticket n keep goin

i cannot buy a gun from a dealer...but i could goto any of the gun shows..n purchase from the non dealers who jus walk around with product..without any hassle..\

blacks with and without a record got equal gun rights as the woods..jus how u carry yaself..n knowing ya rights..
