Do expungments really do ****?

i was thinkin about doing all that shyt but i read up on it and it says that in cali employers can still see your record Damn it time to think outside of the box

i dont know about cali but i got caught wit a tech, made a deal for a perimeter search so i could secure the dogs, no weapons found cause i had the only one, 20 days service & 2 years probation for a 1st offense, time served.... expungment was a condition, i didnt mess up all my charges dropped!!! but i had to file for the sh!t regardless!!! only law enforcement can see my record ive worked in offices, on that app they told me the expungment dont cont so i dont add it, im workin now.... find out your laws...

On background checks Most companies(except government jobs) go back 7 years for felonies and 10 years for misdemeanors

If it's expunged it wont show up it's deleted.
