There's been a bit too many change for my liking this past three months, so I was writing in my journal and was just thinking how in High School and College they taught us first impressions are everything. I'm realizing that's a dangerous notion.
I guess I would imagine if it's a business deal dealing with big money, then yes they are important.
But bullshyt jobs, making new friends, dates, long lost relatives, it's nonsense. What if a person is lacking sleep or hungry? No one is ever as smart or dumb as they appear or claim. No one is ever as confidant or shaky as they appear.
