That's not a true story. His nose is infected from years and years of cutting agent buildup from heroin and coke in his sinuses. He could get it repaired by a surgeon but any surgeon worth their salt will say he needs to let the tissues heal and regenerate in his nose for up to a year before performing ANY procedure and Artie can't stay off drugs long enough to do that. He just doesn't want to get clean. I'm honestly surprised he doesn't have endocarditis from snorting all this shyt.

It is deff infected but I read that the glass really fukked up his nose.
I know a lot of coke heads. I have never seen no shyt like that.
