i eventually want to get to vegetarianism. i've cut out pork completely, cut down beef significantly, and eat more fish than chicken.

it's tough tho, finding a good arsenal of recipes and all that. and traveling overseas a lot and keeping to a diet is a task

I guess you could say I'm headed that way... I don't even know the difference between vegan and vegetarian. I've watched Forks Over Knives enough to see the science behind it and say I'll try it.... I do intermittent fasting, so I can subsist the whole day on a huge green smoothie that I make after getting home from work, and some assorted fruits. I let it go on the weekend tho.

Dude I work with is chubby and he don't eat meat. He told me all the bread he eats keepshim big.

An old supervisor of mine is vegan and easily 300 pounds. If I'm not mistaken vegans can't eat cheese, I swear I seen that fat fukk eating pizza in the break room on more than one occasions.
