if its not bootleg cialis its likely some vasodilator/constrictor that could cause god knows what kind of damage to your cardiovascular system. if you genuinely have daymdropsy issues with your schmeat, you should talk to your doctor and find something safe to take. if you got high blood pressure and you take a vasoconstrictor that tightens up your blood vessels youre gonna have a serious problem, and fukking will be the last of your concerns
