Parnell won't be closer by the end of april
I liked what we saw from Parnell last year but 89-90 mphParnell time
He had a herniated disk in his neck, maybe some more innings his speed will get back up there but I think I read pitchers that have similar injuries don't usually regain their velocity. It sucks because I really liked how Parnell was pitching last season.
