I used to commend the kids in my class…they are on a much busier schedule than I was at their age…for me growing up it was go to school, come home, do homework for half an hour to an hour then go outside…a lot of these kids are involved in clubs/early school activities, or practice sessions that kick off before classes start…then they participate in other clubs, afterschool activities or more practice sessions/games when classes are over in which case they’re not getting home til about 6PM in some instances, and then they have homework on top of that which is far more engaging/challenging than it was when I was going to school…this depends on the school/community tho…there are some schools/areas where a lot of kids don’t do any of this shyt

When I was living in a hotel, kids were playing outside of the damn hotel. I had that same thought until I seen kids playing and throwing acorns at each other.

It was truly something
