Yeah I would say so now. It's more mixed. No Cuban stronghold in the workplace. Lauderdale or Palm Beach I would say. Overall it's hard down there because it's too fukking popular and everybody wants to move there. I actually tried to stay by moving up that way but couldn't get a job so I bounced to Phoenix. But it was close to the Holidays when I was looking so that is a terrible time to look. My condo was sold, so I was like fukk it move to AZ. I'll probably move back in a few years though.
