i will preface this by saying that i do pay for software... if its worth it. some software is just better than others, and not every program is worth paying for. with that said...

Do Mac users just not pirate shyt anymore? on Windows, i can get damn near anything i want (with risks) cracked and ready to install, but finding warez for my Hackintosh has been damn near impossible. right now on any given torrent site theres probably 20 or 30 copies of Photoshop from CS2 up ready to download, but trying to get bootleg macOS Photoshop going is impossible. feels like i might actually just break down and pay Adobe.

other alternative i'm considering is Parallels Desktop just to run Photoshop and a few other programs. i haven't used a mac regularly in about 20 years, so im getting back into the groove here slowly.

mac users know not to out themselves in the open on a public forum. there are places dedicated to what you asking for, they just not gonna be readily at your fingertips, cuz thats how shyt gets shut down, and macs are a niche product.

Mac users aren't usually poor and can afford to pay for things. I don't pirate software or games. Not because I can't but because I'm used to and don't mind paying for those things. Music is different. I grew up in the Limewire era so that's what I'm used to.
