Last night, I was google-ing ways to improve my hamstring workouts...and somehow I ended up reading about gluteal folds :patrice:

In my research, I came across a thread about it at BB and surprise women care about it!! :skip:

Their opinion is women should strive to have no "folds" like this:

Wow, I must be in the minority here. Maybe I'm thinking of the wrong crease? But, without that little crease it seems like your butt just slides on into your thighs, with no real definition between the two-not good,IMO

Thread: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=109413081 (is not a long thread :comeon:)

Someone made this comment and that what I was thinking! :pachaha:

So men, do you care if your woman has gluteal folds?

Women should keep their body fat between 18-22 to have the right amount of curviness below 16 and you will start to be too hard and manly 13 is atrocious on a female

Do not listen to butch gym dykes..we love that fold

I remember when my BF goal was 13-10 :wtf: then I realized is different for men and women :mjlol:

that's what I was thinking...but ran into these idiots and had me re-thinking my booty situation

little or no gluteal fold = tiny ass
long gluteal fold = :ohlawd: type ass

if i were you, i'd strive for the :ohlawd: type ass...:sas1:

and post pictures so that we can chronicle your progress...:sas2:
