Do most artists have their own recording studios?

Recording studios are so expensive to book but it doesn't appear that many artists actually have them or do they? I know Drake has one at the Yolo Estate but is he the norm or the exception? :lupe:

EDIT: Sorry, I meant to post this in the booth; can one of the mods move it there?

Yeah if you watch a lot of the behind the scenes stuff, most artists have a studio..but not like some huge expensive one. just one that they can record at and send the records off to be mixed by the gods.

if you wanna take control of your career, one thing would be having your own studio so you dont have to use that money from your budget necessarily. and you can record literally at any point.

Every major artist has a studio... And most indie artists who are poppin have a studi that they have a deal with like... You scratch my back ill scratch yours when im a millionaire
I can't think of a single pop star with a studio. Like I doubt Rihanna has one or Nicki or even Beyonce.
