this was when these foreign leagues were trying to attract american basketball players and the native players werent taxed either

Marquis Teague?I played overseas a few years ago,,,some of those cats were caking big time..Its sort of like an ego thing for some because they get the same treatment as NBA stars. On the other hand, some just can resist the NBA life. My homeboy used to play for the Bulls...got dropped and refused to go overseas...so he went to the NBDL.
