Yup, proudly. I use my iPod almost exclusively in the car/when doing physical activity, since I keep it pretty updated.
I can access my whole iTunes library on my iPhone via iTunes Match, but sometimes the songs don't load off the cloud or my service gets spotty in certain areas while I'm driving. So I just keep the iPod on deck in the car to avoid that. Helps a little on my battery life and data too, although neither are a legit problem for me. When my 4s was going to shyt, it was a lifesaver, and if I been out and about moving for 12+ hours and my phone was dead at the end of the night, I still had some music on deck.
Sometimes when I go for jogs around my neighborhood, I just take my iPod so my phone doesn't potentially distract me. When I would lift, I would keep my phone in the whip and just have my iPod on deck. Too many people on their phones in the gym taking pictures, I don't care for none of that. Just wanted to zone and listen to music. Nothing more or less.
When I step thru the kickback or something, nikkas want me to plug my music up since i have 160gigs of that shyt, and you're wild if you think imma just put my phone down in a room when I might not know everyone. If my iPod gets stolen, it won't be as big a deal as my phone.
Had my ipod for a long time and it's held me down greatly. I can access the same exact library of music from my phone, but Imma just use my iPod till the wheels fall off. I plug my phone up if I wanna stream some random shyt I just thought of though. nikkas in here slandering iPods, but they still have good uses, especially if you're into some underground shyt that won't hit streaming services(Spotify/Tidal) anytime soon. I have/listen to waaaaay too much music to use something like Pandora, and if I decide I don't want to pay for iTunes Match or other services like Spotify/Tidal, my iPod will still have a huge library of music.
