:ehh: I have no horse in this race. This playoffs is too crazy for

Today was the first shytty day. I had ATL +2, Bobcats +5, Bobcats second half and Memphis +3. 0-3-1. I've been doing pretty well though.

That's because you're in all likelihood a lame devoid of any moral integrity. You're not alone though.
:manny: Maybe so, but the fact that remains that you can't force someone like Sterling to bleed out. He's old as shyt, he's wealthy beyond what ever he has at stake with the Clippers, and even if this boycott was large enough to be successful in reducing profits, it's going to come at the expense of the hard working people beneath Sterling anyway.

Missing out on the game doesn't help anyone. Especially for the viewers that aren't Nielsen viewers and/or don't contribute to the cause anyway (watching online streams, etc) There are better ways to keep the heat on him and try to force him out.

I boycott boycotts. The only party that loses in a boycott is the one doing the boycotting. I watch basketball because I like watching it, not because I give a fukk about funding the people who profit off of it, nor do I care about their character. They can be killing babies for all I care :manny:

Would you be taking the buses in 1956? :what:

The TV contracts are already signed, this shyt won't make a difference. And doesn't the NBA pool its national TV contract together and all of the teams make an equal amount anyway? (not sure if true) And besides, don't they still use the Nielsen system? If you ain't got one of them boxes you don't matter anyway.

A large part of the revenue for NBA teams is TV money. For whatever reason you have to watch the game, you are still watching, this contributes to ratings, and rating equals money for Donald Sterling.

if you dont have a nielson Set Meters device, or are not dvring the game what you watch it has no effect on ratings.

Boycott the NBA. fukk the owners, fukk the Players and fukk the media Outlets. They have showed you they don't give a fukk as long as you keep paying them.

We have no stake if any team wins so why does it matter?
