:what:

I've seen some cringe worthy shyt posted on facebook that shouldn't even been posted for people to see irl. Certain things you have just keep to yourself.

Thing is, i'm not even friends with some of these people. I view their posts from my friend's page so i know i can't be the only one reading these things.

Are these people stupid or are they just looking for attention?

:laff:

But to answer your original question more clearly: we are in an attention whore generation, and I dont think this is going away anytime soon. I've seen people go through some extreme shyt just for some likes on Facebook or to make it on Tosh.0 or a similar show

:heh:

Does getting likes make them feel good about themselves or something?

breh...we think that most people are internet saavy because we are...you would be shocked by how little people understand about how the internet works....

look at how much attention these celebs nudes being hacked has caused...people are genuinely shocked that people can get into their phones and cloud storage....

Only reasons to be on Facebook are to keep up with old friends, laugh at other peoples misfortune,

on attention seeking women posting thotty pictures and it gives you a relatively good idea of what women are vulnerable.

I ask myself that same question everyday....I see some stuff up there that just makes me go :wow:when reading...but I don't think its only for attention....people use also use Facebook as some sort of confessional or diary....just like instagram its a presentation...they tell you how their life is so wonderful or can show that they're extremely bitter.........my personal favorite is when women post how wonderful their man is or how in love they are than 2 weeks later you see them switch their relationship status back to single or they dogging the nikka out talking about he had a lil dikk or something :heh: gets me every time

this.

A lot of these new age net junkies weren't even using the shyt in the early 2000s, let alone in the 90s. I'll always say being on forums and the internet for so long helped me understand what I'm dealing with. Once the internet and technology got more portable and accessible it brought in a bunch of people that never got the lessons I got from places like ahh/:hamster: of how to not put your shyt out for the whole world. At this rate, in 20 years it's gonna be an ungodly amount of exposal material for kids to use on their parents. :pachaha:

That's what i was thinking about.
Once something gets posted on the internet, it's there forever.

Imagine being a teenager and searching your mom on google only to find that she was a twitter attention whore :wow:.

The future generations is going be interesting because they can see their ancestors in HD pictures, we can't look at our ancestors because cameras didn't exist back then.

The fukkery in the future :wow:.
