Do people in Brooklyn actually root for the Nets?

Every Nets game I see, there's always a spattering of empty seats. Even during the playoffs last year. If I'm not mistaken BK itself is around the same size as Philadelphia/Houston

Do people there actually support the Nets or is it a Knicks dominated area?

While we're at it, do people there support the Islanders to? Leagues keep sending teams to Brooklyn yet it seems like them nikkas dont give a fukk
