Do people really find certain skin tones unattractive?

As long as a chick is cute and has clear skin I never really cared what her skin tone was. I see a lot of guys saying things like "darker skin doesn't look good on women". I don't understand that.

I only find pale aka white people unattractive, and I've always found dark skin to even brown more attractive than light skin. I wouldn't say light skin is unattractive, it just doesn't do what chocolate does.

With dark skin. I like, but it has to look like this and has to have the shiny gloss which I love.

But I dont f with dark skin like this...
