Do people really find certain skin tones unattractive?

because dark skin is a masculine trait. Even in the animal kingdom male species are larger and darker than females species. A lot of darkskinned chicks arent cute to begin with, so the dark skinned only enhances everything. Just my two cents

First of all it depends on the facial structure of the person, second of all the only way I could see a skin tone being more "masculine" or "feminine" (or rougher or softer however you see those two terms) is the undertone to it or the texture of the skin tone. I wouldn't think rough reddish white skin is more feminine than creamy soft caramel skin, would you?

Please.. dark skinned men (don't know if you're thinking of olive skin or black skin I'm going to assume the latter) are more masculine? Despite their non-angular features and rounded craniums? This reinforces the odd idea that darker skin = more hypersexual, masculine, aggressive and pale skin = softer, feminine, or more civilized and less animalistic reinforces white supremacy which came to bite back white men in the asses (people are thinking black male's darker skin means they're more virile and masculine compared to white men now, instead of more primitive and animalistic)

Aye...Its really hard to explain. I actually do like em that dark. What I don't like is dark skin that appears "dead" if you get what I'm saying.

I like this because it looks so beautiful and has that gloss like most African women skin has.

What I dont like is this...

Looks dead...And I am not a fan of the black lips. I'm not trying to be a c00n, I myself is dark skin.

You know what I'm a dark skinned female and I have to say I have never felt I couldn't get with a guy because of my skin tone. I think that this is pushed in rap lyrics, hollywood and the media but in real life no one cares... Beauty is beauty, period. Men don't like UGLY women (and even there are men out there to love them too!) Shoot even most of the people who say all that light skin stuff have baby mommas, aunties, mamas and sisters who are dark skin so unless you are truly some self hating idiot no one is checkin for a chicks complexion first.

I've dated two lightskin girls and the relationships weren't even serious. The rest, as in all my most memorable relationships, were brown and darkskin.

I never understood why nikkas thirsted after lightskin girls so hard.
