I got high blood pressure in the fam. Once I saw the amount of sodium them shyts were packing...

Haven't ate any in years.

Most of the sodium is in the packet though...if you only use like 1/4th of it, it's not that bad

Personally I don't really like them, but anything is good if you're hungry enough

I love ramen noodles. My favorite is beef flavor and I add my own seasonings and spices to give it more flavor.
