Do people still throw block parties?

it was in the projects on the eastside of town its always fukkery smh I grew up with everyone but that hood shyt is dead for me fukk itThis is why if I attended ANY party, im checking the median income of the area. It can mean the difference between the cops being called
to monitor party goers, or the cops coming to collect the bodies.

I haven't been to a block party in a minute. We had one a couple of years ago and one of the neighbors called the coppers on us. They said our music was too loud...

True... True. I watched my cousin's inlaws go crazy when ignition and just in case by jahiem came on. They had line dances to the songs and everything. I guess its a Detroit thing....I wasn't much of a fan of that, but "Step in the name of Love" and "Ignition" had the family losing it
