Trusting any source for info takes a degree of faith, no question. If you don't trust what the CDC or infectious disease experts say, than cool. No one is forcing you too. But don't delude yourself into thinking that a youtube blogger, some random Facebook meme or someone who has no background when it comes to viruses are somehow a better source just because it helps with your confirmation bias.

I've heard this one as well and it simply doesn't make sense. In a conspiracy somebody has to have something to gain. If the world and us economy collapses and turns to utter shyt then nobody, red or blue, will want to be the president. Its like dropping a nuke on a city or town just so you can become the mayor. Even the one about the US creating and planting the Rona in China- so you created a virus to topple another country but in turn it arrives back home in the USA to topple you as well? There's nothing to gain for anyone with a bio weapon on the loose

Of course it’s not a hoax, and I think scientists are finding more and more out about it each day.

Consoiracy theorists and the ilk are quick to say “it’s to control the masses” and when you ask them to provide evidence of it you get nothing but air. Same old argument time and time again.
