he will never have mainstream appeal the same way the works of Pablo Picasso never had it

the masses had to be TOLD of Picasso's greatness otherwise all they'd see is jumbled up paintings

but when these SHEEP heard everyone proclaim Pablo the GOAT they followed like a herd

the same applies to Young thug, they think hes abnormal, hes jumbled hes weird he doesnt seem normal like a Picasso painting

but us open minded folk admire his greatness

Pablo started an intellectual movement

he got mad respect from his peers. Art is not like music tho.... music you just feel art takes a bit more work to appreciate.

Thug's flow is usually good but his production really makes his thing easier. He has enough space to change it how he wants it and he can bend his voice with the melody like he usually does. That's nice but always gets me wondering what he would do if he would get a boom bap, g-funk or any other type of beat which is not trap, cloud or similar to that. I suspect he wouldn't flow that good at all. There are a few examples of him rapping different beats but not many.

This track doesn't even belong between his best flows imo, he doesn't go with the beat and find pockets on most part, just randomly throws different flows over the beat fit or not. This would be cool for an acapella but if a beat is there it's there to find pockets in it and go with it not for background noise for different flows.

but hey, that's just my two cents...
