Yes they do
Even more than just Indica vs Sativa.
Some strains are hybrids meaning they are Indica and Sativa with one being the more dominant type inside the strain (hybrid that is Sativa dominant or hybrid that is Indica dominant)

Yup. Have had a medical card for a little over a year now and have tried damn near every type of strain I could. I have my personal favorites for certain situations and whatnot. At the end of the day high quality weed is gonna get you high but theres varying degrees of certain effects. For example a strain that I like called Tangerine Dream is a sativa hybrid that knocks out pain but still gives you a functional, energetic high. It isn't overwhelmingly stimulating (but still pretty euphoric) so you canstay focused on something & be productive, whereas a strain like Holy Grail (another sativa dominant strain) is super euphoric and hella potent, but may leave you too scatterbrained to do anything other than sit on your ass & play video games lol. Different strains for different situations. theres also some indicas that're more mellow & good for daytime use while theres always the super-heavy knockout high that puts you straight to sleep. it's real if you're actually getting that good shyt . If you're just smoking regs or whatever then I'm sure its more of a generic high

Yes, because I mix strains sometimes and the results I get are interesting....sometimes I mix some shyt and it be the worst high ever and get headaches n shyt but if I smoke them individually they are top notch.
