Glad Dez has an elite QB who can get him the ball and put him in a great position to succeed.

I am surprised that Saints working him out being that they well stacked at WR.

I think yall don't pay enough attention to us, even though we're freaking 7-1 and arguably the best team in the league.

Our offense is heavily dependent on three people: Kamara, Thomas, and Ingram.

Kamara and Thomas are so elite that our lack of top notch depth else where isn't a problem. When you have a top 3 QB (arguably the best currently), a top 5 WR (can argue he's top 3 currently), and a top 3 RB (can argue he's #2 behind Gurley), you can get by without rockstars at the rest of the skill positions. Oh and definitely the best O-Line in the NFL, no debate about that.

But we have quality role players in Taysom Hill, Ben Watson, Josh Hill, and the rookie Tre'Quan Smith to round up the offense. However, we are certainly not stacked at WR. Not at all.

Our #3 and #4 receivers are Cameron Meredith and Austin Carr, nice guys, but damn near non-existent. So my guess is either Sean is thinking he can get whatever Dez has left in the tank out with Brees throwing him the ball and give us a much better option at WR instead of Meredith and Carr, or Ginn knee isn't healing up as they hoped so we need to add a receiver anyway.

Idk. I don't think signing Dez will push us away from the NFC contenders or anything, but it can be a nice move to give our offense some better depth. I'll be cool with signing him, and I'll be cool if we don't.
