OP thinks there are no gas stations in Calabasas
the really rich places in my city are "masterplanned" and a lot of stuff is behind guarded gates. the few times i've been out there, the stores be kinda far away, like at least 30-40 minutes walking. I always viewed the convenience part of it is that it's close by. I personally think if it you can't get hot chips in 15 minutes, on foot, you either a racist or rich af.

They get weed and other drugs delivered and have a good supply so there is minimal traffic.
It be Latino or Arab corner stores in black neighborhoods.. It be Asian beauty stores and Indian liquor stores... In black neighborhoods 
the corner store in the newer affluent neighborhoods is Whole Foods. The build a new WF first and start building new homes around it.

They have convenience stores like Wawa or 711 with in driving distance. But they don't have stores literally on the corner of their blocks.
That was one of the things I noticed when I moved to the burbs, I had no where to quickly get .25 bag of chips or 20oz sodas.....so I rarely ate that shyt cause I only could re up at the super market. Also the chinese stores in strip malls and such close much earlier than the ones in the hood and even are closed some days
Chinese stores taking days off legit blew me away
