I was in Sanford NC this past weekend, scouting out the area with my wife; we are looking into new construction in the area. We are both vaccinated, and we stopped at a gas station to get some drinks and snacks for the ride back to Raleigh. In Raleigh, for the most part, people are still wearing masks. In this decidedly more country area of Sanford, in that gas station, I could count one one hand the number of people I saw wearing masks.

I been vaxxed up for a few weeks and I'm still planning on wearing a mask til the end of the year. Better safe than sorry

Wearing a mask is a very minor inconvenience, I forget I'm wearing one most of the time. Some dudes acting like wearing a mask is some sort of major inconvenience.

Make your own personal choice as you wish, but it’s funny people trust a thin cloth mask to protect them more than the shot they got. That cloth mask will have minimal effect on whether you come in contact with rona or not. It’s a mental thing now after wearing one for over a year, more than a literal protection for you, unless you’re wearing the n95 masks which the vast majority of people do not wear.

I got my second shot 2 weeks ago today. I still wear my mask and plan on doing so for a while. It’s not a huge inconvenience and I don’t see the the downside personally to do so for me


I was in Walmart today and noted that I was the ONLY one wearing a mask. I was like well I guess people are really like fukk it

Yes and I’ll keep wearing it. Haven’t been sick since the pandemic. Also, when you have young kids that go to school and haven’t gotten you sick or been sick, clearly something is working.

Yup I'm still masked up at work. This lady at my job seems to get covid every week (she is vaxed and boostered ). Comes to work sick all the time.

One of the reasons why I still wear mine faithfully. I have not had one sniffle since the pandemic popped off. I don’t get sick often but at least twice a year I get a little cold or a sore throat maybe. I have had ZILCH.
I’m mask gang for the foreseeable future. shyt I just copped some more K95 masks the other day
