but it's not ONLY the mom's baby... that's the thing women try to get over on us... "my body, my rules" no bytch the baby is a whole separate person.. it has two equal parents.. it has it's own rights to know who it's parents are.. the man has his own rights to know if he is or isn't the father..

the responsibility should not be placed in only the mom's hands, cause she ain't the only one involved.. it's shouldn't be up to her to decide who signs the paper, when they sign it, if they sign it, and when she'll decide to hit him up for money... that should be an independent third party, who represents what's best for the child... you know... like everything the govt has already except for the one part that's most important... who's the rightful parents

Child Support laws didn't really exist en masse until a Luther Campbell supported Janet Reno visited the Poke N Beans projects in Miami...80s era.

i got one kid, i know it's mine, never had a question, and she will not put me on child support

but like divorce, child support and family laws have fukked men over since the inception. if the govt can set up all these laws to fukk a man over and put all the power in a woman hands, then they should be able to use that same power to ensure it's the correct man before they exercise the power.. and if not, then bow completely out and let support and jail time and other things, be without the govt involvement too
