Ain’t no damn demand. It’s not a right by law. A woman can tell the father to not even be allowed in the hospital to see it born. Let alone her having to give permission to have any testing done on that child. I “demand” and she says “I don’t even know this nikka” and what I’m gonna do to force the doctors to do it anyway??No they shouldn't be mandatory but they should be free if you have insurance. Men should just stop being pussies and demand the test if they're questioning the paternity. You shouldn't need the government to step in to do something you could simply do yourself. Take you to court right? Well now I got to pay a lawyer, open a custody case AND risk putting myself up for child support and back support for all the months I’m not paying you while we determine this.

If you are signing your name on paper saying you are dad, they should test you right there before they let it happen. They test you before they let you drive a car but they won’t test you to make sure you not paying 100k over 18 years for something you have no liability in

Bruh women have known since the beginning of civilization we have an issue with paternity. That’s why Ghenghis was at odds with his oldest son til death. That’s why high partner counts bug us. If she doesn't allow you at the birth then you wouldn't be on the birth certificate so why would you get a paternity test in the first place since you wouldn't have custody or established paternity in the first place.
