True. The snk diss was warranted though, art of fighting and those 2 characters especially were sf2 ripoffs.

Yeah, I gathered that. Just saying that the crossover happening multiple times and the many years of tongue in cheek teasing before and after that point between the series, this seemed like an evolutionary inevitability than a long shot by any means.
