Nope. I do miss the old conference setups. I also miss the old Pac 12. Ruined generations of rivalries.

I think 6...b/c of years like last year. It'll never be perfect...even March Madness when there are 68 teams, you have some mid-major that went 30-2 but lost in their conf. tournament title game in OT and gets left out.

What was the problem last year?


Only time I can think of someone being left out was TCU/Baylor the first year.

FSU went undefeated and got dumped. UGA had 1 loss to Bama but looked like they could've went on to win it all.

I don't need it expanded to the point where we are talking about 3 loss teams and 5 SEC teams and shyt like that. But 6 teams overall seems good.

The only thing I miss about the BCS is it took the prestige out of all the bowl games. I prefer this playoff format though. But it seems the SEC will always have a potential to get 3 teams in.

I don't mind the 12 teams right now. I don't think it's made the season less exciting, it's made it very exciting because there's been a lot of meaningful football being played all around the country in November.

Yes, the committee is trying to put a bunch of undeserving SEC teams in but that has always happened no matter the format.
