i've noticed that alot(not all) of cacs get uncomfortable/hesitant to joke with you when they realize they cant makes "black" jokes or ask those kinds of questions and that shyt makes no sense to me

i know nikkas make a race thread every day on here but i honestly dont think about that shyt that much offline so it's crazy when i see cacs walkin around overflowing with race questions and commentary

Real talk. I got enough shyt on my plate so why the fukk would I choose to be "angry" specifically at work. I'm trying to get in, handle my business and get out AND make sure that direct deposit comes thru. Nothing else matters to me.

I'm cordial with these motherfukkas but not trying to get all emotionally involved in the shyt because after all, it is just work and I'm just a worker to these bustas.

I got tried passively at the airport,

I was at the baggage claim waiting for my flight's bags to start moving around the carousel (or whatever they formally call that shyt).
Im standing towards the front so I can grab my bag and leave. I get a call from a friend, and while on the phone I notice a white male in my peripherals inching closer to me. It seemed a bit strange but I dismissed it, he wasn't threatening in any way or doing anything weird. Besides getting progressively closer to me

So as the bags make their way around, he stands in front of me. Keep in mind, I am standing somewhat close to the belt (about 3 feet) and this guy decides to stand between those 3 feet. So now he is damn near standing ON the belt, and I am uncomfortably close behind him. I processed this for what seemed like 15 mins, but in actuality was closer to 5 seconds. I had also been drinking on the plane, courtesy of the over-friendly person seated next to me.

So I say "Come on bruh really "
cac: "Oh I apologize, pardon me". *Walks away*

I felt like I could've been much more aggressive but I didn't wanna get labeled a belligerent drunk negro or whatever when the security came to arrest us.

I can't adequately answer that but people at my job (many of them) seem like they don't have many close friends and at least the people you work around deal with a lot of the same ish you deal with. Nevertheless, I do me in the office and don't let out too much info that can be used as ammo later or even be used for some sneaky b*stard to try to dig around and find out more info on me.

It's not even about being paranoid but some folks feel like they "know" about you based on where you're from, which is dumb. The more mystery the better, so that you know that there's a line that can never be crossed.

I've seen people get shytted on at work and that's because they let lines get crossed repeatedly. But I keep a cool head, stay socially and chatty in the surface and make sure that I'm not tap dancing around the office with a sambo smile on my face. As it stands, there aren't too many of "us" at my job so I at least wanna walk them halls like I have some pride in myself.

Shiiiiiiiit last week I went to get a soup from a soup shop that I normally go to and know the employees of, and I get my soup and sit down at a table alone.

This older CAC lady is at another table next to mine and grabs her purse and puts it on the other side of her so that it's not within my reach.

I look at her like because if I wanted to, I could take her purse with the Same effortlessness that it was taking me to eat that soup. It's that corny, pseudo-subtle passive aggressive nonsense that only makes my smile and charge that shyt to the game.

I'm sure this old bytch probably waxed poetics in her mind over the days of yesteryear when us darkies knew our "place" and couldn't dine in an establishment alongside her "kind" but these fukkas still don't get that those times are gone, fukked up, flawed and outdated and the expiration dates on the sides of their bony asses are a sign that their time is almost up.
