My take is women sexuality is based on if they feel sexy
the more they feel sexy towards themselves the more hoish they are in the open or closed doors.
a women idea of a sexy women is different from us it's parallel street
if she aint feeling her self nothing a man can say or do....
so getting bbl is really for them and the attention they get is a + but the attention is to only validate that they are sexy
some women hell most women are slow....like kid level slow so it's hard to understand there mental makeup

I would say most do it for sexual attention vs a small percentage doing it for personal reason (to feel better about themselves, etc).

I saw someone call surgery a business expense. Older women who have had many kids do it to feel better about themselves and body. For others it's dysmorphia. The internet is hyper focused on certain things, and it's shifting the standard. It sucks.
Any woman who surgically enhances her body is to attract men's attention.

It's acknowledged that this stuff is based off european norms and not healthy for black mental health yet it's still widespread and supported by black women with very little of the early 2000s India Arie/Lauren Hill type messaging pushing back on it

Most times they did not get a lot of male attention while growing up.
I had one former chick try to run the "I just want a bbl so I can feel good
