Do women hold on to"the one"

I've accepted that I'll probably be single for most of life and am just working on self improvement/salvaging the remainder of my existence.

It does get lonely though.

There is no "one" that holds dear to my heart, but as I got older & wiser, I learned to appreciate all the women who have acted on good faith to deal with me. I am talking about the very very few who came correct and tried to make things work.

This is asking women though

Women love quicker but Men love longer.

Nah I'd men love quicker as we fall for beauty easily, look how many men are in love with IG thotties and pornstars yet have never met them.

In fleeting moments, but then I remember two things

1. How can you miss something you never had?
Me feeling alone/yearning for a good woman is like me yearning for Lamborghini, and feeling bad I don't have one. I've never had either so it's
irrational (in a vacuum) to be sad you don't have something you have no experience/moments/memories of having.

2. No Company > Bad Company
I could have a girlfriend by Wednesday if I wanted it, but I don't want A woman, I want the
right kind of woman. If I can't have that I'm good. I'm the type that just leaves if what I want
isn't on the menu/is out. I'll be damned to put effort/work in to something I don't really want
like that. It's a disservice to all parties involved
