Bullies are soft not all but most are only tough in a crowd. Alot of times one on one if u get off first on them they back down.

They're not bullies, the people being "bullied" are weak. Stand up for yourself or get comfortable being that person's victim.
And it's insecurity of some sort 100% of the time.
