I have a career working for the state, but I just got a part time job at a retail store.

I only work there 20 hours a week.

The current lifestyle I live is manageable solely based on the income I make from my primary job so there's no reason for me to touch the money I make from my second job.

I was thinking I'd have my money from my second job go into a separate bank account.

I only make 15.50 an hour there, but I work there for 2 years with a set 20 hours a week, I could make over 20k in side money.

The job is easy as hell too.

Y'all got any non risky side money hustles?

Just a little part time gig with a child trafficking firm.

Decent hourly rates, lots of real world experience, get to meet all types of people I would have never met otherwise. Some real movers & shakers in various industries. No benefits but I just dabble in it for about 15 hours a week so no biggie.

Whether I do the traffic or I'm being trafficked, well I'll leave that up to you to figure out. :smugfavre:

How much are you making from the state where 15.50 is even worth your time?

nah, it's either gotta be a lot of money (like, an offer i can't refuse which is something i have not come across yet) or something i like. i've passed on jobs that could probably pay more than i am making now because it's not a good fit. and i am also in a venture where i am making no money right now because i see the future potential

smh, i just realized i read the tone of the question wrong. op was asking a basic question, i thought he was asking like .... "would you do something strange for some change" type question. lolol

i've had this one job since i graduated but before my main career took off. it's not for side money though cuz i typically use it as my "benefits job"... to put in 401k and pay benefits. it's been work from home since the beginning (like 10 years now) so it's kind of hard to let go of it lol... i've only talked to the boss like 5 times in all these years :skip:

I have a second job where I work once or twice a week in hospitality. Mainly got it to help with student loans and to have extra money to invest

Kind of getting tired of it because I come home late from it and if you are in NYC, you know train service late at night is slow

Thinking about looking for something else but idk what, would be nice to find a part-time remote job but not sure how hard is to find one like that
