Beets are packed with so so much
Carrots for the vitamin A
Ginger & Turmeric
Lemon
Kale
Throw a fruit in for taste and you are set

Beautiful skin and body in general

You really are naming some good things, not just talking out the rear :wow: I'm messing with the carrots, kale, ginger & turmeric myself trying to be healthy it matters when you getting up there in years

Man, since I started juicing my energy levels and bedroom performance have gone up ten fold and my beard now growing with no patches :banderas:

I'm new to the game so at the moment I'm experimenting with different combos from the following ingredients:

Pear
Beetroot
Irish moss
Oats
Spinach
Banan
Carrot
Parsley
Tumoric
Spirulina
sauciperrilla
Celery
Sweet potato
Lemon
Ginger
Coconut water
Tomat
Peanuts

I was inspired by Styles P (The Ghost) and the Loxi :ohlawd:


Straight Beetroot Juice breh, before workouts and after sometimes :wow:

Some old couple really really put me on to the ginger and turmeric because of their anti-inflammatory qualities. I always make sure to include them. Kale also just one cup has so much nutrients.

I think though personally you can't go wrong when you juice. You are still getting a lot from each vegetable, green, fruit, etc. Sky's the limit :blessed:

I have yet to get into wheatgrass though. Made me sick the first couple of times I've had a shot. A lot of people swear by it though and it's also amazing but you gotta go easy on it in the beginning
