I live alone so sometimes I'll cook a big meal and then eat the leftovers for a few days. Saves time.

I love to cook but sometimes I'm too busy or hungover to do it.

Hell yes I do...save that $$ plus I swear something happens when the sauce coagulates in fridge then melts again around the food that makes it taste better

the food in question simply absorbs the sauce molecules.
that's why pasta and rice be PIFF the next day

Nothing tastes better than left over meats and chickens etc..tastes so good coming out the fridge a day later.
I actually know of people that will buy a roast chicken and put it in the fridge to bring all those flavors heat camouflages out

It's not about saving money for me, It's about a meal. Leftovers are a meal and if I'm hungry, it's getting eaten, fullstop.
Cold Pizza/Steak can be quite nice when you're hungry and why cook another meal if one's right there? However there is a time limit on this shyt.
Day old leftovers are.
Two days.
Three.
Anything after that....... You either ran out of dishes/pots and you're poor/lazy as fukk to got shyt sitting in the freezer that long without heating it up. Also, freezing shyt is a sign of poverty, I swear. Female friend of mine would have stewed chicken and rice...in the fukking pot...looking like them poor Mount Everest corpses with a flimsy foil covering the top..................used to look in the freezer, see them shyts and think 'Them poor chillens'.

That shyt ain't tolerated. I had to get the wife to understand the value of leftovers. She'd just let it sit in the fridge. She'd say, what you want for dinner? What we got cooked in the fridge. Still taste good.

But it's good to have a wife willing to cook. I heard that it's rare to find women like that these days
