Funny part is these "corporate" people arent even making major figgas. And they black ass is damm sure not moving up no mothafukkin corporate ladder![]()

I have no problem with their accomplishments and would actually encourage it.
My only beef with a lot of them (and I'm talking from experience) is that they seem to think that having a degree and a high paying job is somehow a prerequisite to being a 'good woman' ie a suitable candidate for a relationship. I don't know why they think that way.
Most brothas would rather have a 'good woman' who works as a cashier in a supermarket than some wannabe sex in the city type chick who thinks she's god's gift to the world.

I know there are exceptions, but living in DC there are an abundance of educated career women and I've dated a lot of them. Usually when you meet them they immediately bring up their job, degree and travels. And a lot of time their whole life revolves around their career and trying to move up in the corporate world. I guess all of that is cool to a certain level. Myself, I'm professional and corporate at work, but when I'm off, I'm the same ol' G. I like to drink and talk sh:t. Play cards and dominoes. Usually when I hangout with a lot of these women they dont want to do traditional black people stuff: bbq, houseparties, etc. They seem to want to distance themselves from our culture. They want to go skiing, and skydiving.
Thats why when you go to really popular clubs in DC, most people arent dancing, people are just standing around being c00ns. A lot of these women feel they need to be corporate and professional at all times. That sh:ts wack to me.
And when you date them seriously, all they want to do is try out new restaurants and wine tasting events. Maybe I'm too hood to cross all the way over to full time c00n.
education is not a substitute for intelligence
but every now and then you meet people and you go the whole evening without knowing where they work and where they studied and their grades and shyt. Some people may be insecure and "hide" behind their professional identity.

some of you guys sound jealous of successful women. i can only imagine the future of black people if the successful ones are deemed boring and must resort to IR if that is not their first choice. i hope the ones complaining about "boring" educated women aren't the same ones who complain about crazy gfs, ratchet women, and drama loving baby mamas.
