43, in Miami, and not exceptonally attractive?:francis:
I mean but that’s a good thing though. I’d much rather an average chick be talking about coffee dates than the opposite. Whenever this conversation comes up now chicks be regular and talking about how it’s beneath their standards to go out for coffee.

Not talking about coffee. She lost. Looking whatever in a city with one of the highest concentrations of young baddies. She needs to be wherever the retirees are or something:snoop:

I do coffee or drinks at a wine bar. I’ve also done ice cream and cheap casual restaurants.

If the girl likes you, she’ll have no problem with it.

The only ones who insist on going to a 5 star restaurant on the first date, are women who are not all that into you and looking to use you for a free meal, or to boost her self esteem and get some pics for instagram.

I'd ask someone to coffee, if the context was right. Like we are both getting coffees, and we just met. If we are in the same neighborhood and we barely met, I might ask someone to grab a coffee. It's low stakes, it's close. Sometimes 2 minutes is too short. Someone might be attracted, but they don't want to commit to a full on date with a total stranger, but you also don't want to just leave it there. So coffee, or a walk.

I did once. I don't really drink coffee though so I just got wine so idk what the difference between that and a lounge or bar is

I mostly drink coffee when I go to the office which is like 2-3 times a month...cuz I be in there wanting to fall asleep. And it's free too lol
But I have a 2pm cut off for coffee. Don't want to be on caffeine at night
I was shopping with my dad the other day, he bought coffee and was like "im go home and have some coffee" I was like it's 10pm :mindblown:

Usually more intimate. Always less noisy
