80 gig iPod Classic for the car and some tiny MP3 player for the gym. :win:

Phone storage is :scusthov: especially now that SD card slots are waning in availability. 32gig for the OS, music, photo, HD video, and ever-growing apps? Nah

I Have A Mac, Its Convenient, I Never Bought Music Off iTunes lol

Plus I Just TRUST iPods, Whats Your Alternative?
There are MANY alternatives out there, it just depends on what you want at the end of the day. It seems like storage is your biggest issue...160GB is good or would you want even more than that?

I just use my phone now, the older I get, the less music I need at my disposal. Tbh out of all the music I have purchased and downloaded over the years I maybe listen to 15-20% of it at this point. I have stuff I'll never listen to again.

Got a nano that I filled with mostly older music on while I keep songs from the last two years on my phone. It seems to be working at the moment, that ios 7 update killed some of my phone space though.

Thats my problem. Besides the classic I cant find a device that will hold at least 160Gb at a reasonable price. I have abot 140G in music now and I dont like SD cards and smaller ipods. I dont know what mood i will be in so I want ALL my music choices available to me.

You can buy something that takes Micro SD cards and Rockbox can be installed on it. That way the size of your music collection is only limited by how big your Micro SD card is. You can't go wrong with the music players that Sandisk makes. They are inexpensive and have good sound quality, I am using an old Sandisk player that has 2GB of memory, but after I installed Rockbox, I was able to use a 32GB Micro SD card for storage.
