Do ya'll put y'all race in job applications?

I don’t do applications really


Usually just drop the resume. If they do want me to fill out an “application” they’ve already hired me pretty much. Meaning already had interviews, discussed pay, etc., and we’re just crossing T’s and dotting I’s.

The thing is, i feel like only ethnic minorities wouldnt disclose race whilst white ppl have no problem telling ppl they are white. So if your name is John Smith with no race on it they may still know. Job applications don't have race on em over here. Other things do tho.

I do because often jobs need to hire minorities to meet quotas (affirmative action).
