Hey I'd love to not drink other than soda but I eat fast food regularly and the combo comes with a fountain drink so what you want me to do?

work towards changing that, for yourself.
Your body can uphold anything( it's your mind you have to change . Start by limiting your fast food from everyday to once a week. Cut out all the sugary drinks. Only waterI agree
But its damn hard lol
I eat home too after a few hours of fast food. I need the weight lol

try to not drink anymore NAKEDS or cranberry juices and read the labels. sugar is toxic.
breh everything is toxic in food and drinks nowadaysI used to drink 2-3 cans of diet Pepsi a day. Disgusting. Now I drink 2-3 a month, maybe less.
I only drink water and coffee now. Don't buy juice or soda anymore to avoid drinking it.

Cranberry Juice ( mostly )
Green Tea
Naked Blue Berry/ Acai Mix
Water ( before and after workouts )
Im only quoting this post b/c I came across it but Im speaking in general, how in the world are yall drinking that much soda a day. I dont think at ANY point in my life I can say I consistently drank 2-3 cans of soda per day for an extended period of time![]()
