I never showered in the gym until I switched to Equinox.

Cleanest gym I've ever been too.

I was gonna mention Equinox, Soul Cycle, etc. But I thought it'd be too bougie. Lol.

Most dope new gyms now are like Spa experiences so there's no reason to be worrying about dirty locker rooms in 2018.

When I was truckin cross country, I did shower at gyms... took me a while to get comfortable with it but I would never shower with another dude in the room... matter of fact my drawers stayed on until the whole bathroom /lockers area was vacant..the worst is when these old cacks nonchalantly walking around in they flip-flops with they sack swinging around...


Now only at home (got me the sideways shower nozzles and the hand-held shower-head... regular showers are foreign to me now..

I used to work out at a gym called 24/7 on Chambers street in Manhattan.

Breh...that was the dirtiest gym ever.

I remember benching and almost had a heart attack when I racked the weight, took a deep breath and saw a fukking centipede crawling on the bench next to me.

I miss that gym for the fukkery though.

But, yea, Equinox is considered bougie but I had to. I can't sacrifice time after work because I'd be home too late and my kids go to sleep at 7:30.

So I needed to go either before work or at lunch and I needed to be able to shower.

Been considering equinox just for this, clean ass showers and lockers rooms, clean functioning equipment. The high cost keeps the broke boys out so the clientele self selects to people who take better care of shyt

But there aren't a lot of them out here, it's hard for me to only have one gym location after 24 hr which is everywhere - their facilities suck tho

I been working out for about 6 years on and off (fell off a couple times due to injuries), and I’ve never showered at either of the gyms I been a member of in that time.

I wipe my sweat off and shower at home.

Only nikkas showering at the gym are the ones who train before heading into work, and fakkits who are trolling the gym for ass.
