low key its a fitting outfit for the situation. Coaches can't be all x's and o's. every now and then you might need to demonstrate something and wearing a suit makes that awkwarda basketball coach wearing a tracksuit seems pretty appropriate to me![]()

I’ve been working in white collar environments for nearly the last 20 years and been around both genders, all different nationalities, and different cultures of people. Her outfit while permissible and not over the top is not very professional for setting she’s in.
Just my opinion based on what I’ve seen.
facts, i've always felt that unless you are operating heavy machinery(ie safety reasons) , or the dress code is done specifically for the purpose of removing someones individuality like in the military, its only other practical purpose is for discrimination without violating discrimination lawsYeah, her outfit isn’t crude, she just has a shapely figure that a lot of black women have, and besides dressing like a 90s rapper, there aren’t many clothes that are going to hide that figure. Moreover, respectability politics when it comes to this - especially when her outfit is occasion appropriate - is crazy considering dress code has often been used to justify or explain harm done to black people (Trayvon Martin one of many) so it’s crazy to see us enforcing/propagating that type of thinking![]()
Shes a coach it’s a white collar job in my opinion.op didn't ask if it is white collar professional. he asked if it was appropriate. i played sports and all coaches male and female wear athletic and casual type clothings to no outrage so yes this is appropriate based on norms in the trade.

Nothing wrong with the athletic apparel at all, she could get her pants a size up and they wouldn’t be skin tight on her butt either.
This would maybe fly if the tracksuit wasn't crushed velvet with a bell bottom flare outlow key its a fitting outfit for the situation. Coaches can't be all x's and o's. every now and then you might need to demonstrate something and wearing a suit makes that awkward

still makes more sense than rocking a suit if you're being honest. This would maybe fly if the tracksuit wasn't crushed velvet with a bell bottom flare out
