Oral B electric toothbrush is by far the best toothbrush I've ever used. Combined with daily flossing x 2 a day and you're good.

I don't use an electric toothbrush. But I do use a coslus water flosser I found on Amazon. My routine is mouthwash first then the water flosser then brush.

Plus traditional wax floss
Take care of your teeth, gums, and scrub your tongue you dirty fukks
At least 5-10mins per session
Don't skimp on dental hygiene
